Chairwoman

Ronna McDaniel

 

In 2017, Ronna McDaniel made history by becoming the second woman to be elected as Chair of the Republican National Committee (RNC). During her tenure, the RNC has successfully raised more than $1.5 billion, made significant investments in its ground game, established a robust Election Integrity operation, expanded grassroots fundraising to include 1 million contributors, and distributed funds to all 56 state and territory parties. During the Chairwoman's time in office, the RNC achieved remarkable success by gaining seats in the Senate during the 2018 election cycle and reclaiming the House in 2022. In January 2023, Chairwoman McDaniel was elected to her fourth term, solidifying her position as the longest serving female chair of either national political party.

Before her time at the RNC, Chairwoman McDaniel held the position of Chair of the Michigan Republican Party. During her tenure, she played a crucial role in securing the state for President Donald J. Trump and the Party, marking the first victory since 1988. She started her political journey as a grassroots activist, dedicating herself to various roles within the political landscape. She served as a precinct delegate, a district committee executive member, a state party committeewoman in Michigan, an RNC committeewoman, and represented Michigan's 11th District as a national delegate at the 2012 Republican National Convention.
Chairwoman McDaniel has been an active member of her local community in Northville, Michigan. She has served on land planning and public safety committees, and has been dedicated to her involvement in the local Parent Teacher Association. Chairwoman McDaniel comes from a large family of seven children. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University and is happily married to Patrick McDaniel. They have two children, Abigail and Nash.

Co-Chairman

Drew McKissick

 

Drew McKissick assumed the role of Co-Chairman in January of 2023, and has also been serving as the State Chairman of the South Carolina Republican Party since May of 2017. He is an experienced conservative political strategist based in Columbia, South Carolina. With over thirty-five years of experience in grassroots politics, he is dedicated to educating others about the inner workings of the system and empowering them to create meaningful change.
He has a strong background in various roles within the Republican Party, from elected positions to appointed positions. He has worked at all levels of the GOP's organization, including serving as the RNC's Eastern Director for Faith Engagement. In this role, he played a key part in engaging the faith community to promote voter registration and educate on important issues.
His previous experience has revolved around focusing on political strategy, planning, and organization, along with the creation of grassroots political education initiatives. He has authored numerous books and publications that delve into different facets of political education, organization, lobbying, and campaigns, offering valuable insights into successful conservative activism. His most recent works include "The Grassroots 101 Training Series" and "How to Plan a Winning Campaign." In addition, he has served as a member of the Electoral College in multiple elections, including 2004, 2012, and 2020.
He and his wife Amy live in Columbia, SC with their spirited Boykin Spaniels, "Jasper" and "Abby". He has a strong admiration for Elvis and holds strong political views.

Treasurer

KC Crosbie

 

KC Crosbie was elected as the National Committeewoman from Kentucky in June 2012 and RNC Treasurer in January 2023.
In 2007, KC was elected by the citizens of Lexington to serve as their representative on the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government City Council. KC was elected again and served three terms in a row. KC was selected by her Council colleagues to participate in a range of intergovernmental committees, such as General Government Oversight, Health and Social Services, and Public Safety. KC served as Lexington's representative on the Metropolitan Planning Organization, representing the City Council.
Throughout her time as National Committeewoman, KC has been actively involved in various committees within the RNC, including the Executive Committee, Rules Committee, and Faith Advisory Board. KC is a member of the Convention Selection Committee, representing the RNC. The committee recently chose Milwaukee, Wisconsin as the host city for the 2024 GOP Convention. KC is currently collaborating with other committee members to determine the location for the 2028 GOP Convention.
In Kentucky, KC was chosen as the GOP Finance Chair and held positions on the Kentucky GOP Executive and Budget Committees. KC has led numerous coalitions for federal and statewide candidates, mobilizing a large number of grassroots activists from every county in Kentucky. KC is a dedicated member of the Women Republicans of Central Kentucky and an active participant in the Fayette County Republican Womens Club.
Before her appointment as RNC Treasurer, KC spent 18 years working for a prominent Healthcare/Pharma company. During her tenure, she played a crucial role in securing and overseeing substantial health care contracts worth millions of dollars. She went on to establish Lexington Diagnostic Solutions, LLC, a distributor based in Kentucky that specializes in medical testing supplies and diagnostic products. KC is currently a partner with Andover Farms LLC, a small business based in Kentucky.
KC hails from Dayton, Ohio. She obtained her B.A. in Communications from the University of Kentucky. KC actively participates in her community, serving as a University of Kentucky Fellow, contributing to the Junior League of Lexington, teaching Sunday school to youth, and engaging in her church's outreach and recreational ministry, among various other commitments. She has an extensive background in public service, having served on various boards and commissions including the Commonwealth of Kentucky Crime Victims Compensation Board, the Commonwealth of Kentucky Board of Claims, the Commonwealth of Kentucky Judicial Nomination Commission, and the Lexington Children's Museum Board. KC is married to Scott Crosbie, a Lexington lawyer, and they have three adult children: Kirby, Cate, and Mac.

Secretary

Vicki Drummond

 

Vicki Drummond assumed the role of National Committeewoman from Alabama in February 2012.
She obtained her B.S., M.A., and Ed. S. degrees from the University of Alabama.
She has been actively involved in politics, participating in multiple Republican National Conventions as a Delegate/Alternate Delegate in 1988, 2004, 2008, and 2012. Additionally, she was elected as a member of the Platform Committee in 1988. She held positions on the NFRW Nominating Committee, served as the NFRW National Chaplain, and acted as the Vice-Chairman of the Fundraising Committee.
Drummond has held prominent positions within the Alabama Republican Party, serving on the Steering Committee and as the Chairman of Congressional District 4.
Drummond actively engages in her community, participating in various organizations such as the Heritage Foundation President's Club, the Alabama Policy Institute, and the National Rifle Association. She was a member of Governor Robert Bentley's Transition Team in 2010 and later joined the Alabama Constitution Revision Committee.
Drummond lives in Jasper, AL with her husband and they have two adult sons, Matthew (Jamie) and Michael (Lee), as well as two granddaughters

General Counsel

Michael Whatley

 

Michael Whatley holds the position of Chairman of the North Carolina Republican Party and also serves as the General Counsel for the Republican National Committee.
Before his involvement with the Republican Party, Chairman Whatley had a diverse background, including experience as a federal law clerk, a senior official in the George W. Bush Administration, and serving as the Chief of Staff for US Senator Elizabeth Dole, R-NC. In addition to his role as a Senior Advisor to various political campaigns and transition teams, he has an extensive background in the political arena.
Whatley obtained a History degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Masters in Religion from Wake Forest University. Later, he completed his studies at the University of Notre Dame, earning both a law degree and a Masters in Theology.
